I one hundred percent believe in my products and want you to be fully satisfied with the purchases you make from me. This is the reason for my 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

What it is:
 
I want you to feel confident that Redefining Strength provides you everything that I say I will. If you do not feel as though I came through on my promise, simply send an email to programs@redefiningstrength.com and I would be happy to refund your purchase.  
 
What it is not:
 
The satisfaction guarantee is not your scapegoat for not starting the program, having buyer's remorse, or saying the program is not in the format you were looking for. Harsh? Maybe, but it is my personal belief that when you financially invest in yourself, you are far more likely to utilize the tools available to you. And I want you to be 100% certain you WANT to invest in yourself BEFORE you buy.
 
My tools have been developed to enable you to take control of your lifestyle, mentality and ultimately your self-confidence. I have developed a system to educate YOU to create sustainable results - but the first step starts with you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
 
Redefining Strength can accept returns of products or services purchased directly from Redefining Strength and in accordance with the restrictions below.
Although I strive to minimize processing times, refunds may take over one week to process once I receive all required information and/or product(s).
 
1. eBooks, Digital Downloads and Custom Programs
 
eBooks, instant downloads, programs with lifetime access, custom meal plans, workout plans and macro map purchases are non-refundable for any reason.
 
2. Apparel
 
Apparel purchased directly from Redefining Strength may be exchanged or returned for Redefining Strength store credit. The apparel item(s) must be deemed unworn, unwashed, and all original tags and labels must be attached to the item(s). If the apparel is deemed worn a refund will not be issued.
 
To be considered for a refund or exchange, the return must be requested within
7 days of receipt (delivery to mailing address or email inbox as required). To request a refund or exchange, please email programs@redefiningstrength.com.
 
In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning any apparel.

Unopened Products

You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Your item must be unused and unopened in order to be returned. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your product(s). Redefining Strength will not cover or reimburse you for shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Opened Products

You can return opened product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a 50% refund. All returned items must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your product(s). Redefining Strength will not cover or reimburse you for shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

For a full refund follow these steps.

1. Initiate an RMA (Refund Return Merchandise Authorization)

A Return RMA is required to return your Redefining Strength products. Redefining Strength Support can be contacted at supplements@redefiningstrength.com or by phone at 949-287-3123.

2. Return the products you would like refunded.

Take the products you would refunded to your nearest shipping facility.

Any carrier will work including USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.

Include your RMA number must accompany your return. You can find this on the return slip provided.

Returns need to be received within 21 days from the RMA issue date.

4. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your product(s). Redefining Strength will not cover or reimburse you for shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

This includes any reshipping costs or fees associated with orders that are returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc.

5. Processing Your Refund

Your refund will be processed once the product(s) you’ve returned have been received by our returns department.

When the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued via the original form of payment. Refunds will not be granted through any other method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 days for the to appear on your statement.

Event Tickets
 
All event ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for a Redefining Strength event may not be returned or exchanged for a full or partial refund.
