How Long Will It Take To See Results?
All of us want instant results so I often get asked how quickly people can expect to see results.

Depending on your goal, you may see dramatic changes even in that first week. But it generally takes about 4 weeks for real results to occur that you'll actually feel and see when you look in the mirror. 

After about 8 weeks, your friends and family will take notice and wonder what you're doing.

And in 12 weeks? You'll see drastic changes and a transformation people will really start to notice!

But you've got to put in the work and stick to the program. Your goals do need to be realistic. If you've got 50 or more pounds to lose, you won't see a six pack in 4 weeks even if that is your goal.

What If I HATE Cooking?
I will not lie to you...This plan DOES require you to do some meal prep. 

But we do work that around your schedule and needs. There are tons of tools and recipes I use to make meal prep easier if that works better for you, including slow cookers and casseroles.

I keep meal prep as simple and quick as possible so you aren't stressed out prepping a bazillion different things for the week and are instead out having fun and enjoying life!

And if you do tend to eat out, we can even figure out ways to include a few of those meals into the program. (Although the best results come when you are completely in control of what you're eating!)
